Healthy Lifestyles

To stay active and healthy, members are encouraged to try new sports and participate in and learn about small group and individual fitness and nutrition opportunities.

All members have the opportunity to participate in tournaments, meets, classes, leagues and performances. These activities serve as a motivational tool, teaching members the importance of working toward a goal and always giving their best effort. For those not interested in sports, we also offer wellness, cooking and nutrition classes. We also offer a healthy meal every evening for dinner, included in membership.
